ALCOR Investment Bank will receive your Pitch deck, business plan, growth plan, review the project against 40 different risk parameters and then decide who are the best global investors who have invested in similar projects elsewhere in the world. ALCOR Investment Bank team will review and give an update on potential business changes to reduce the business risk to ensure that the business succeeds in overcoming startup risks and gives confidence to Investors. ALCOR will then reach out to these potential Investors after sharing the names with the client and check with them on how they would review the Pith deck, business plan, and other documentation. ALCOR IB team will then negotiate with the Global Investors for a Term Sheet to be issued to the company. ALCOR IB team will also assist in the due diligence and final agreements where required to secure the Global Investors.
ALCOR IB team will charge mandate fees, which include an engagement fee, retainers, milestone fees, and success fees, which may be offset with equity in the project on cases to case basis, as and when decided by the IB team.
The timeline to get global funds for the project through the ALCOR Investment Banking team is twelve to sixteen weeks. The timeline for the initial review is six weeks. The Term sheet will be issued after receiving all the relevant due diligence documents within a period of eight-twelve weeks after the initial review.
Fast track process: If the Startup Readiness/ Risk Mitigation AI report is completed, an initial review will be completed within two weeks of receipt of the initial documents. The Term sheet will be issued after receiving all the relevant due diligence documents within six-ten weeks after the initial positive review, if there are no gaps between the Startup Readiness/ Risk Mitigation AI report and the due diligence documents submitted.
